Services

We offer fishing trips and adventures for various types of fish and crab in Oregon. We also offer at sea burial services for those who wish to honor their loved ones in a special way. You can book a trip with us online, by phone, or by email. You can also contact us for any questions or inquiries about our services.

Booking and Payment

When you book a trip with us, you will need to provide us with your contact information, payment information, and booking information, such as your preferred dates, locations, and fishing preferences. You will also need to agree to our cancellation policy, which is as follows:

• We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance is due on the day of the trip. We accept payment by credit card, cash, or check.
• If you cancel your trip more than 30 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you cancel your trip between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled date, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
• If you cancel your trip less than 15 days before the scheduled date, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or a credit for a future trip.

Please note that your trip is not officially booked until you hear directly from Billy or Kristi, our local guide and owner. They will confirm your booking details and provide you with further instructions.

Liability and Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that fishing is an inherently risky activity and that you participate in our services at your own risk. You are responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid fishing license, which you can get anywhere in town the night before. You are also responsible for bringing your own cooler, camera, sunscreen, lunch, and any other personal items you may need. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur to you or your property as a result of your use of our services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services.

We make no warranties or representations about the quality, accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services or the Website. We do not guarantee that you will catch any fish or crab, or that you will have a satisfactory experience. We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

We own or have the right to use all the content, images, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Website and in our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
